THREE TYPES OF "FIXES"
Your sellers want
the most they can garner from the

PROPOSED REDUCTION IN
FEES
The Department of Business and
Professional Regulation (DBPR) issued a Notice of
Proposed Rule in July, which
reduces the initial application fees for brokers, sales
associates and school instructors. Fees, which
are authorized in chapters 475
and 455, Florida Statutes, would be reduced
under Rule 61J2-1.01, License Fees and Examination Fees, Florida
Administrative Code.
The proposed reduction in fees
includes lowering the initial broker and sales
associate license fee from $20.00 to $14.75 and
the application fee for school instructors from
$20.00 to $14.75. The remainder of fees
required under the FAC rule will remain the
same. Read
