I attended your Community Association Management pre-licensure class this past weekend, on January 27 and 28, 2018. Thank you for providing this expert professional education class. I work in the architectural department of a major HOA, and while I thought i was intimately familiar with much of the material from my own studies and experience, I was surprised at how much I did not know.

Your instruction and the layout of the materials is top notch, easy to understand, and quite enjoyable; the wry humor you injected into the proceedings helped elevate our colorless statutes into something memorable (I especially laughed at your comment regarding glass bottles around pools: “This rule is never broken”). Given the copious resources you provide your students, everyone should ace his licensure examination. The team at Gray Systems has done a tremendous job, and I would highly recommend your firm to colleagues for continuing and professional education. Keep up the great work, and I hope to see you again in the future.

I was in your class last weekend in Ft. Lauderdale. I want to thank you for the review website; it is extremely helpful and informative. In addition to that, and what you taught last weekend, I was able to use the information and some of my experience to pass the CAM exam today.
