Exam Passed – Thank You Fred and Gray Sys!
By: Megan C
I just wanted to say that I am extremely grateful to Gray Systems. I sat through the class 3 times within a year, studied the book material and informational packets, and used the online learning module. At the end of my 1-year time frame, I have taken the test and am proud to say that I Passed! Thank you to Fred and everyone with Gray Systems for all that you do! ~CAM 3/2024

John Harbison, PGA Review
By: John Harbison
I think it is great to be able to repeat the class until I pass the state licensing. This was not something I knew and I am thankful to find this out as I have a hearing impairment and don’t always do well on test even though I have graduated college and am a life PGA Member and Member of the CMAA. I am progressing my career to community management after 25 years as a Club General Manager, mainly because it is a logical progression and most of my work in the last 5 years has been with 55 plus communities anyway. I learned a lot, especially about things my GM jobs have touched in these gated communities here in Florida.~CAM 7/9/22
