Hi-Rise Administrative Assistant [Miami Management, Inc.]

Job Description

  • Employment Type: Full Time 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday-Friday
  • Compensation Range: Salary $17.00 per hour plus health insurance benefit
  • Our Company is seeking experienced a High Rise Community Administrative Assistant for one of our Communities. You will perform necessary administrative work, working directly for the Property Manager. The Administrative Assistant handles tasks outlined herein in order to assist Community Association Managers (CAM) with daily property operations. This position involves daily contact with tenant’s and owners and requires an individual that is well-spoken, bi-lingual, customer service-oriented, and can multi-task at a quick pace.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work closely with the Property Manager in assisting all aspects of management including administrative, lease screenings, data entry, collections. Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answer phones and communicate via email in a timely manner Assist staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish). Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience, customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, detail oriented and professional. Proficient in computer software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). Miami Management Company policy for all employees to pass a required a Criminal background check and drug screening test. Team Player; Deadline and detail-oriented.
