Job Description
Look for a full time on-site licensed CAM for a large Condominium Community in Tarpon Springs, FL. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in managing condominiums. The ideal candidate is experienced in Accounting (TOPS Software), Budgeting, Preparing Financials. Board Meetings and Preparing Agendas, Minutes, Newsletters, etc. and, overall Mangement knowledge of overseeing the daily affairs of the property. This includes all staff members and vendors Will work hand in hand with the Board of Directors.
