CAM Portfolio Manager at Keys Enterprise

We currently have an opening for a licensed CAM Portfolio Manager.

Experienced CAM needed as a portfolio manager for multiple communities. Associations are located in Brevard County (Space Coast), home based out of either our Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral office or our Melbourne/Viera office. Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed CAM. Must be knowledgeable of Chapters 718 and 720 and the new structural inspection requirements for buildings three stories or higher. Position pays $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and portfolio size and complexity. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. (Company pays 100% of employee health insurance premium). Other benefits include 401K, paid holidays, paid sick days, personal days and up to four weeks of vacation per year. Mileage and cell phone reimbursement provided.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of CAM experience preferred.
2. 3 years property management experience
3. Excellent administrative, budgeting, and finance skills.
4. Able to read financials and prepare annual proposed budget.
5. Display engaging interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
6. Provide dependable follow up, as well as a high level of organization skills.
7. Strong leadership qualities.
8. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
9. Excellent judgment, discretion and organization is required.
10. Inspections and corrective action follow up.
11. Prepare the BOD for meetings and run effective meetings.
12. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
13. Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
14. Detail oriented and able to multitask, set goals and prioritize projects
15. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, outlook, and Zoom
16. Management software a must (Tops Software a plus)
